No new occurrences of the behaviour have been noticed in the last 15 hours. We are still in communication with Google on the root cause that lead to the given behaviour in Databox. We are closing the incident as resolved.

We are experiencing an issue where the Google Analytics 4 Query Builder is occasionally not working for certain users because Google is returning 500 Internal error for our sync requests. The behaviour has been present since roughly 12.00 PM EDT (6.00 PM CET), August 31.
The issue can be identified by the Metrics drop-down menu in the Google Analytics 4 Query Builder not providing any Metrics for selection.
We are monitoring the behaviour and will be reaching out to Google to expose the issue that is causing the behavior.
We will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
