Resolved
According to AWS the issue is resolved and all services are running again.
We monitored this over the last hours and we can confirm that we do not see any alerts in our systems any longer.

Monitoring
After the last update from AWS, we have also seen improvements on our side and will be monitoring the results. We will be following up to confirm this is fully resolved as soon as we can.

Update
AWS have resolved their network device issues. They are now working towards recovery of any impaired services. We are expecting additional updates for impaired services and will be posting another update here soon.

Update
We understood from AWS that they have mitigated the underlying issue that caused some network devices to be impaired. They are seeing improvement in availability across most AWS services.

While many services have already recovered, Bynder are still impacted by this. AWS continue to work toward full recovery for all impacted AWS Services. Further updates will be shared as we learn more and receive updates from AWS.

Update
We have been working on alternative solutions while waiting for AWS to fix the root cause on their side. AWS have executed a mitigation which is showing significant recovery. They are continuing to closely monitor the health of the network devices and they expect to continue to make progress towards full recovery. They do not have an ETA yet for full recovery at this time.

Please note that one of the issues identified may result in assets uploaded not appearing or with a delay in the asset library which is an indexing issue that we are looking into as well.

We will provide another update as soon as we know more.

Identified
The issue has been identified on the AWS side and we are starting to see early signs of recovery. We are working closely with them to fully resolve the issue.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an AWS outage. We are still investigating what the effects are for Bynder users. The Bynder portals in the Global region are the ones that might experience issues. We're investigating these issues and will update this page as we know more.
