On Monday, December 30, 2024, we experienced a partial storage degradation in the eu-west-2 region.
At 3 p.m, Paris time, during a hardware replacement due to an incident on one of our servers, an unexpected problem caused another server in the same setup to stop working and restart repeatedly. This led to a temporary disruption in storage system performance. Our team immediately worked with our partner, NetApp, to resolve the issue. By 5 p.m, services were fully restored, and the system has been stable since.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
