Resolved
This incident has since been resolved and both schedules and the mobile app is accessible once again.

A critical P0 incident was declared at approximately 06:34AM UTC by one of our infrastructure components, Cloudflare, causing an uptick in 500 errors as noted here: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/xvs51y9qs9dj.

An additional review will be conducted by the Envoy team to understand the residual impact to the above mentioned features that have since recovered.

We are currently investigating and monitoring issues related to "Your Schedules" feature and access to the mobile application; an investigation is open with our Engineering teams and an additional update will be provided shortly.
