Our hosting provider has identified the cause of the disruption and have implemented a fix. All services and environments are now available.
Please update your incident in My TOPdesk, or call TOPdesk Support, if you still experience issues after 12:00 PM CET.

We are currently experiencing problems in our EU1 hosting location. As a result your TOPdesk environment may not be available.
The cause of the issue lies with our hosting provider and we are contacting our hosting provider to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
