From around midnight ET on January 4, 2022 to 8:40am ET, candidate applications to Greenhouse Recruiting accounts in Silo 1 failed to process.
These applications have all been reprocessed as of 1pm ET.

Investigating
We are currently investigating errors on Silo 1. These errors are occurring when adding a new job, adding to another job, changing from a prospect to a candidate and adding a candidate via the Harvest API.
There are also errors related to the Job Board API. Candidates applying via their careers page which leverages the Job Board API are getting error messages stating that their applications can't be processed.
