Outage of Exact Online services on 18/11/22 (EOL NL)

EOL NL had an outage starting from 04.45 to 06.28. The EOL Webservers were unable to connect to SQL. The Exact infra team have mitigated it by deinstalling a Microsoft update on the domain controller which was targeted at hardening security (Kerberos/Netlogon).

The out-of-band solution patch of Microsoft is now installed on all domain controllers and solved the Kerberos management service accounts issue.

Last night between 04:45 and 07:15 AM CET Exact Online was unavailable for all users trying to connect to our servers. The root cause has been identified and the services are available again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
