Starting at 23:08 GMT on January 22, 2024, Twilio engineers began investigating an issue with our systems that is delaying processing and delivery of mail. Users may experience delays with processing and delivery of email messages sent through Twilio SendGrid. This does impact mail send. We will provide another update in one hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
