Rewards Genius orders containing 20+ line items may be displaying inaccurate email statuses on the Order History page; however, accurate email statuses can be viewed in each line item’s specific Reward History.
These orders should still be processed successfully. We’re actively working on a solution and will provide an update as soon as possible.
