Monitoring
A fix has been implemented by the network edge provider (Cloudflare) used by our identity provider Auth0. We are now seeing signs of recovery on our supervision. We are continuing to monitor this issue.

It is now possible to connect to Yousign applications in a few tries. The incident is being addressed by our Auth0 provider.

Our external identity provider Auth0 is investigating and has opened an incident "High error rate and timeouts in Authentication and Management API" on their status page: https://status.auth0.com/incidents/808fhwf0jb0g.

Yousign V2 & V3 APP is currently unavailable (https://webapp.yousign.com & https://yousign.app). Our Auth0 identity/authentication provider is experiencing an incident. It is therefore not possible to connect or register to Yousign applications. Our engineers are working to resolve this as fast as possible.
