Update
We are waiting for further analyses and input from our supplier, who is investigating the problem. Meanwhile, we implemented several changes to further improve the situation. While waiting for further analyses and suggestions, we will keep on monitoring the platform.

Currently, the situation seems to have improved for the suspected issues. We are waiting on an update from our vendor.

Update
Since yesterday, we have degraded performance on NL4. Customers experience slowness and errors in the Back-office, Classic IDE, Classic Actions & their Webblocks endpoints. We have pinpointed where we suspect the issues are and are investigating with our database and network vendors to find the root cause. Resolving this issue has our highest priority. We will provide a next update around 10:30 CET.

Currently, the restart of the meta-database and data-database has been successfully completed. We are monitoring the situation for further stabilization of the performance.
