Degraded performance when using Safari browser

Between 2021-02-02 18:40 UTC and 2021-02-04 13:00 UTC a degraded performance was observed in the issue dialog for some Jira Cloud customers using Safari browser. A short term fix has been deployed to mitigate the issue now.

We continue to work on resolving the performance issue while using Safari browser for Jira Cloud. We have identified the root cause and we are working on a solution.
