TechnoiologyOne apologies for the inconvenience this event caused our customers.

Our monitoring platform alerted the team to an out of the normal surge in user connections to the CI platform, which resulted in customers having a poor experience in CI.

We have mitigated a repeat of the event through a series of infrastructure and scaling adjustments.

This incident has been resolved, if customers are experiencing CI slowness log out from your CI session and start a new CI session.

We have identified a selection of customer environments experiencing performance degradation within accessing Ci. Services are still operational however may be slower than normal.

Our engineers are currently investigating the root cause.
