What happened:
Mouse events in our Real Device Cloud were not working for Live Testing.
Why it happened:
This was caused by an incomplete deployment of a service which handles mouse events to a new pipeline setup.
How we fixed it:
The deployment of the service was reverted to a previous version.
What we are doing to prevent it from happening again:
We are improving the setup of the new deployment pipeline.
Resolved
We have taken remedial action and mouse events are now working in Live testing in our Real Device Cloud.
Investigating
Mouse events in our Real Device Cloud are not working in Live testing on our US-West-1 and EU-Central-1 Data Centers. We are taking remedial action.
