The issue is now confirmed to be fully resolved.

Most of the affected KYC submissions have been successfully reprocessed.
In case a submission would remain pending beyond the end of the day, we recommend making a new submission.

Monitoring

You may have experienced failed KYC submissions between 9:52 AM and 10:13 AM UTC.
The error rate is back to normal since then, and we are monitoring the situation.
