Our external cloud provider has informed us that they are seeing a significant recovery from the outage. However, we have not yet been shared an ETA for when we can expect full recovery. Granicus Engineering teams are continuing to closely monitor the issue, and further updates will be provided until it is fully resolved.

An external cloud provider that govService Host Compliance depends on is currently experiencing an outage. This outage has resulted in degraded performance for some Host Compliance customers. Corrective actions are being taken by Granicus Engineering teams and updates will continue to be provided until the issue is fully resolved.
