Investigating
We experienced an issue with a third-party service provider causing connectivity issues and performance degradation in Australia, Hong Kong and Australia from 13:34 UTC to 16:27 UTC. We are working with the service provider and actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 30 minutes.
