We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified

We have identified the reason for some of files not showing up on the UI. One of the AWS services we are using for search are having a downtime effecting Nanonets service as well. We are actively coordinating with AWS in getting this resolved. You can still access the data via API.
