Thanks for your patience. The intermittent high latency previously reported has been resolved.

While it's most likely that our intermittent issues were triggered by the Cloudflare outage reported during the same period, we've added additional monitoring and are carefully watching our systems for any signs of trouble.

Investigating
We are investigating intermittent latency issues across our platform. This is affecting a very small subset of our customers. You may experience endpoints time out, or return error codes. The issue was intermittent on June 20th.

The above issue is unrelated to availability problems we experienced this morning. This was due to one of our service providers experiencing a significant service outage. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/xvs51y9qs9dj

We will continue to investigate the latency increases in our systems and will update customers here.
