Some users may be disconnected from the Zoom integration

We've addressed the issue that caused some accounts to be disconnected from and not connectable to the Zoom integration that occurred between 1:04 AM and 9:58 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 23, 2023. Admins in accounts who lost their connection to the integration will have gotten a notification to manually re-connect the integration. While your integration is disconnected, actions the integration typically logs into HubSpot won't be present, and won't begin logging in HubSpot again until the integration is re-connected.

We've identified the issue that's caused some accounts to be disconnected from the Zoom integration and we are continuing to work on restoring broken connections. Users can manually re-connect the integration. We will update this page when we have more information.
