We have received confirmation from Remodeling Consultants that Nitro is now available to them.

Some users on Comcast-related internet connections may continue to experience issues.

We have re-routed to our Gotham data center, which uses Verizon, to see if we can restore access.

Investigating

Nitro is impacted by an issue thought to be caused by Comcast, with widespread issues for many non-Power related websites.

Users in (primarily) Southern territories are unable to load Nitro and its related services.

We are investigating options to work around this problem.
