This issue has been resolved and all systems are operational.

Our engineering teams have addressed the problems with accessing IQM2 and MinuteTraq. Teams are continuing to monitor the issue to ensure all IQM2 clients are able to access the application. Granicus Support team will be contacting clients with open cases regarding this issue.
