This issue has been resolved after working through this with Zendesk, one of their previous deployments has been rolled back which has resolved the issue. Please refresh your browser, some things may still be cached and it can take a little while to come back. We do apologise about the service interruption. Update
Some customers have reported that apps are disappearing and/or tickets cannot be saved. This is related to a current wider Zendesk issue reported here: https://status.zendesk.com/ We are actively working with Zendesk to resolve this.

Some customers have reported that apps are disappearing, we are actively investigating.
If you are seeing an error that you cannot submit your Zendesk ticket please disable the Field Condition app for the moment.
