A fix for the issue has been deployed. Starting new conversations through the Balena Support Chat widget is now operating normally.

Investigating

Starting new conversations results in an error and fails to create the first message in the conversation. The conversation can still be accessed after creation by clicking on "View all conversations".
We are investigating the issue. In the meantime, we advise users to direct support queries to support@balena.io or https://forums.balena.io/
