As of 9:34a PT, senior members of our engineering team have reported that Vonage has been able to restore service. We expect at this time that you should be able to use Orum normally.

Investigating
Currently all outbound calls are failing. We believe this is due to issues in our telephony partner's system. We are working with them to determine and resolve the cause of the incident.

We have disabled dialing until we resolve this incident.

Salesfloor beta features are also affected by this outage.
