Users are advised to ensure they are logged out of the system by 4:00 PM on the day of maintenance to avoid interruption. Cherwell desktop and web clients, as well as the ITHelp portal (isu.cherwellondemand.com/CherwellPortal/ISUSelfService) may be unavailable during all or part of the maintenance window.
