A fix was implemented yesterday, unfortunately, our initial testing indicates that the issue still remains and platform search and load times are still reduced from the standard usability.

We are working hard to solve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this causes in your day-to-day operations.

We are experiencing that both orders and shipments for customers can take a high amount of time to load.
A fix is being implemented and integrated later today.
