We are still trying to reach out to the involved issuing bank to get more information.
This status will be closed within the next hour if the situation stabilizes into a nominal state.

You may experience "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication has failed" errors on payments since 16:05 UTC:

These disturbances are due to an issue with the following Issuing Bank: POSTEPAY S.P.A.
Investigations are ongoing on our PSP side; we will keep you informed as soon as we get information from this Italian bank.

• Payment types affected: MASTERCARD from Postepay S.P.A issuing bank.
