Multiple Home Depot locations are reporting issues with OrderUp such as taking payments, modifying orders, or seeing payments posting to orders. Additionally there may be a delay in payments being reflected, and you may see errors such as "Error processing your order (HXXXX-XXXXXX) An error occurred." Please do not try to process the payment again and if possible direct the customer to complete the order in the store until the issue is corrected on the The Home Depot side.
