No further issues during the night. The service is fully functional.
The source of the problem has been identified to a Microsoft cluster component and we will continue the dialogue with the vendor about any further action.

The service has worked well after the problem but we will continue to monitor any further problems. At the same time, we are also investigating the root cause of the problem.
