Monitoring
We identified a disruption between our user console and backend datastore which lead to an increase of CPU consumption. After performing a short maintenance on our datastore, we were able to restore service to the user console and new account creation workflow. We'll continue to monitor but at this point everything is operational.

We've identified a connectivity issue between our user console and backend datastores. We're reviewing the proper mitigation strategy and will provide further details shortly.

We've noticed a drop in successful logins to the user console. We're continuing to investigate and collect more information to triage the issue.
