We have released an update to our Deal Management platform, which should resolve the issues experienced with the add-in tool.

If you continue to have issues accessing the newest version, please close all Excel and Word files prior to re-opening. If you still continue to experience any issues, please contact Built support at support@getbuilt.com.

We are aware of an issue with the Atlas Add-in that is causing all users to experience issues using reporting. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue and we hope to resolve it as soon as possible.
