We have fixed the issue! We're processing the queue of responses now and aim to have this done around 14:30 CEST. Once the queue is processed we will share an update.
Just to confirm again, no data is lost from your submissions but it is delayed and will be processed within the next 120mins.

We're still working on a solution, we found the root cause and are doing everything we can to get things flowing again. At the moment we have an estimate of around 90mins before we can be sure of our fix. The moment we have anything concrete, we will let you know.

We are working on resolving the issues in responses being displayed for users. To reiterate, no data is lost, but it is delayed. We are super sorry about this and we are working with our wisest minds to get this fixed ASAP.

Identified
We have identified an issue in responses not populating in the response panel of forms. Submissions are saved and no data is being lost but the responses aren't showing in the response tab. We are working hard on a fix and will update again in the next 15 mins.
