Update
The BOBJ job refresh is in progress and the team will be refreshing the reports next. We estimate the refresh should be complete around 2:00pm mountain. We will confirm once it has finished.

We've identified the issue causing sales reporting errors in BOBJ. We're in the process of doing a full refresh of the BOBJ sales data. We don't know how long this will take to run, but will update once complete. In the meantime, please continue to use Tableau.

We're investigating an issue regarding sales and backlog reports in BOBJ showing incorrect values. Tableau is currently reporting these accurately and can be used while we investigate BOBJ.
