Investigating an issue in Visma.net ERP
Incident Report for Visma Cloud Services
Postmortem

What happened? After the new 8.55 release, some of our customers could not able to enter into Visma.net ERP. The issue started on 1st July at 7.30 AM. This was first reported by our employee. After our initial investigation, we updated the status page with the two workarounds. The same day at 16.00 hours, we have resolved the issue.

What was the root cause? An improper user of Autofac component methods

What is the solution? Fixed in the code by calling the right method.

How do we ensure it doesn't happen again?: With the fix, the problem is resolved however, we are enforcing extra checks in our internal Gray logs in system tests
