Update
Granicus Engineering teams continue to investigate impacting IQM2 videos not uploading. The issue continues to improve and the backlog has decreased. The service remains in a healthy state. We expect all recordings taken this week will be fully available tomorrow, and are taking preventative measures to ensure this does not happen again.

Update
Granicus Engineering teams continue to investigate impacting IQM2 videos not uploading. We observed encoding jobs are now completing successfully, and we are currently working through the encoding backlog. Our teams will provide updates on this issue until we have the issue fully resolved.

Granicus is currently experiencing a client-impacting service issue.

Issue Summary & Impact: Granicus Engineering teams are currently investigating an intermittent issue with IQM2 for a small subset of clients where videos are not uploading. Our teams are working on this as a priority and further updates will be provided shortly.
