Some customers were experiencing problems entering the login page start.exactonline.be. They received an 'You shouldn't surf here' message. This is antivirus software related. You can whitelist the Exact Online website in the settings of your virus scanner. Please contact your antivirus software provider if the problem keeps occurring.
