Update
The KYX service is currently functioning without any issues and all incoming transactions continue to be processed at normal rates. Our team is actively working on clearing the affected transactions.

We’re really sorry to be holding you up today! Please know our engineering and operations teams are working hard to get everything up and running.

We have identified an instability with our KYX service due to which the transactions remain in a pending state in all data centers. We know this is customer impacting so we are working on it urgently.
