We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Update
We have filled in all nonce holes – allowing transactions to go through. We have also manually flushed all tokens from wallet addresses to the root wallet address to make those funds spendable. Note - these flush transactions will take a bit of time to reflect on the wallet. We will provide a better ETA soon.

Monitoring
Our engineers have resolved the issues with failing token transfers. We are now working to fill all remaining nonce holes on our customers wallets. Once this has been completed, we will then manually flush tokens from customer wallet addresses to the root wallet addresses to make those funds spendable. If you have not already, and are experiencing issues with your ETH wallet, please let our support team know so that we may make sure that your wallet(s) are included in our queue to be addressed. Thank you.

Update
We have identified that token flush transactions are failing when being forwarded from the receiving address to the root wallet address. This is causing nonce holes that are in turn preventing subsequent transactions from broadcasting. Our engineering team is working on resolving the issues with the token flush transactions failing. Once this issue has been resolved, we will flush the tokens from all wallets and for all users. Additionally, we will fill nonce holes as we find them so that we can restore wallets to an operational status.
