Update

We have neither seen nor expected any impact from the underlying AWS incident to Workato APIM customers, but we're keeping this open and monitoring just in case. We expect the issue to be resolved soon.

We do not expect this to affect custom domains. We'll continue to monitor the underlying incident and our dashboards just in case.

Investigating

We are aware of a potential connectivity issue with our cloud hosting provider (AWS) which may be affecting API endpoints, specifically those using custom domains. We are working with AWS to determine if in fact this is affecting custom APIM domains on Workato, and will provide updates through this incident.
