Summary

On February 11th, 2021, at 10:30 p.m. ET, a service deployment introduced a bug which prevented Knowledge Tags from serving any content. Engineers rolled back the change and restored service on February 12th at 3:10 a.m. ET.

Root Cause

A change to our Javascript compilation tool caused the content to be improperly served by the Knowledge Tags server. 

Remediation

We updated the server to correctly serve the optimized Javascript, and we will be improving our acceptance testing suite to cover this class of issues.

We are currently investigating an issue with content serving via the Knowledge Tags component of the Pages product that is resulting in content not populating on pages using Knowledge Tags
