Update
We are no longer receiving reports regarding support system having issues. Intercom has partially recovered caused by the AWS outage earlier. We are continuously monitoring updates from Intercom and AWS until they have fully recovered their services.

We are investigating reports of support system not being available or seeing delayed responses and other forms of latency. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
