Update
Issues on AWS's side on Wednesday the 25th of November (https://status.aws.amazon.com/) have been resolved.

Blackboard Collaborate recordings created during the AWS issues were not processed and were delivering a failed message. The issue is solved so new recordings are processing properly, and we're working our way through regenerating the ones that were stuck "pending". All recordings should be available as usual no later than Monday 30th of November.

Monitoring
AWS have reported that the issues have been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are re-processing Collaborate Ultra recordings that were failed or delayed during the service degradation.

Blackboard has identified that these AWS issues are causing processing delays in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Recordings. We are continuing to closely monitor our products and services.

Investigating
AWS is having issues with several services based out of US-East-01. This is event is causing service degradation for several clients. Blackboard is closely monitoring our products and services to support escalations.
