Between April 20, 16:00 UTC and April 20 21:39 UTC, our service provider Auth0 experienced issues with their servers globally which prevented users from logging into the Kentico Kontent application. At this time, Auth0 has indicated that the service is stable, and will continue to closely monitor and provide updates.

Update at April 20, 23:53 UTC: Auth0 will also provide customers with a detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within the next 12 days or sooner: https://status.auth0.com/incidents/zvjzyc7912g5 .

Monitoring
Although our authentication service provider has not released an official update, we have reports that the Kontent UI is now accessible across different regions. We will monitor the situation and provide a more detailed summary of the issue as soon as it is available.

Investigating
The service responsible for Kentico Kontent logins is currently experiencing an unscheduled disruption in service. At this time customers may experience a timeout error or infinite loading screen.
