The AWS outage has been resolved and Conversations has now been fully restored for all customers. Unfortunately, some live chat messages from ~8:40 AM to ~3:50 PM ET will have been lost.

Despite the ongoing AWS outage, we have successfully restored Conversations for all customers. Unfortunately, some live chat messages from ~8:40AM to ~15:50 PM ET will have been lost. We will continue to monitor performance closely until AWS resolves ongoing issues.
