Pulsant have continued to closely monitor the circuits and these have remained stable.

Monitoring
A field operation engineer attended the 3rd party DC site this morning and has successfully located fault and applied fix. Pulsant engineers have completed testing of circuits and confirmed services to be operational.

The client major incident has been stood-down but monitoring will continue.

Investigating
Pulsant are aware of an ongoing Wavelength outage in the Slough Area with a 3rd party supplier. All affected clients have been contacted and updated regularly of progress to restore service.

Latest update - A field engineer will be attending a 3rd party DC tomorrow morning (11th May 2023) approx 0900hrs.
