Microsoft's Exchange Online incident appears to be resolved. However, deferred email at Mailprotector may have to wait for the email's next delivery retry before being seen by the Microsoft 365 user. Please be aware of this possible delay.

Deferred emails should be retried and delivered by the end of the workday in most cases. Thank you.

Microsoft has reported an incident with Exchange Online affecting some users in North America. This incident can cause the appearance of a mail flow problem in the Mailprotector Console since emails cannot be delivered to Microsoft 365. Please see EX252124 in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center for more information.
