This issue is resolved. We identified an issue with one of our third-party infrastructure providers which has been fixed; we'll continue to partner with the provider to monitor the success of the fix.

All environments are recovered and we are monitoring. We are still in the process of verifying the root cause, and will provide an update once it has been identified and confirmed resolved.

Investigating
Outreach users in affected environments (app2a, app2b, app2c) are encountering timeouts when attempting to load the Kaia settings page. We are currently investigating and will provide more information when a root cause has been identified.
