This incident has been resolved. You should now be able to download reports from emails without further issue.

Monitoring
A fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring the results. Email links are now appearing normally and you should not experience any further issues downloading reports.

Investigating
Currently Thinkific is experiencing issues with CSV link when downloading reports. In the meantime, a workaround is to right-click on the download link, and click “Open Link in New Tab” to download the file. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are investigating it.
