On 2022-07-19 between 16:43 - 16:58 CEST we experienced an infrastructure outage causing multiple products to not function as expected.For the products where the end-user is involved (Account Check, Transactions, Payment Initiation, Income Check and Risk Insights), those end-users were unable to complete the full journeys.
A hardware degradation with Amazon Web Service (AWS) triggered a malfunction on their end. This was the root cause of the incident.
When the hosting service resolved the issue on their end everything went back to normal on our end.
